21 Days Of Abundance Meditation Challenge – Day 7 – Spontaneous fulfillment of desire

You have already completed a week of this retreat and we hope that something began to happen in a new way in your life or … at least in your head. If you’ve noticed any changes / moments of awareness, feel free to write them down in your notebook, it might benefit you.

People in our lives where we feel uncomfortable around are our teachers, even if we struggle to communicate with them. They are the ones through whom we learn our lessons, understand new things and develop valuable skills.

Here are the tasks for Day 7:

  1. Listen to the guided meditation with the mantra Sat Chit Ananda.
  2. Write down today’s’ affirmation and remember it during the day as often as possible “I use my conscious intention to manifest my dreams”
  3. In your notebook, create a list of people (only names) that you feel uncomfortable around (we are talking about the energy of discomfort, it can be your relatives or people who are now far away from you). The test here is to think about a person and get a sensation: “I feel unpleasant.” Even if it is not a constant feeling arising from communicating with this person but something you experience from time to time. For example: neighbors, employees, bosses, family members, members of the government, someone who disagrees with you, does not accept you, anything.
  4. Now, an impactful exercise when you put your heart into it: close your eyes, go within and send all the people in the list a mental greeting and blessing.

Additional Yoga Practice:

To intensify and deepen your journey, practice grounding meditation, tune in with OM Mantra and todays yoga practice found in the videos below.

Mantra:
“Ek Ong Kaar-uh” (One Creator Creation)
“Sa Ta Na Ma-uh” (True Identity)
“Siree Wa-uh hay Guru” (Great Indescribable Wisdom)

This extraordinary Laya Yoga Mantra Meditation brings the soul and destiny present. It lets your activity serve your purpose. It makes you creative and focused on your real priorities and helps you sacrifice what is needed to accomplish them. As with all other mantras, the inner sounds can be heard at different levels of subtlety. The vibrations of naad have different octaves of creative impact. This mantra takes you to the most subtle realm of creativity. It awakens the kundalini force that energizes the whole Creation. It awakens your awareness and empowers the sense of the Subtle Body of the Aura.
