Write down today’s’ affirmation and remember it during the day as often as possible “Today and everyday, I give what I want to receive”
In your notebook, write down 5 of your shortcomings / flaws which you think limit you. Those qualities which don’t allow you to receive what you want in life. Try to focus and dig deep into your consciousness. Try to not only write with your mind, but also feel with your heart what these flaws really are.
